About the rolethe uber for business bdr team leads team owns all outbound solicitation for uber for businesses sales team. In this role, this leader will oversee a growing team of bdrs dedicated to expanding our high growth customer base. Additionally, this person will be responsible for building out the team of business development representatives to drive adoption and scale of this product. This person will work with current sales management to set the processes and strategy, as well as be responsible for executing alongside multiple stakeholders across several teams within uber for the candidate will dohire, train and lead a team of business development repsarchitect, build and run a team of business development reps to scale out a customer base for our high growth sales teambuild and implement kpis, metrics and processes that result in a healthy conversion of leads to current customerscollaborate with sales management, sales operations and sales enablement to set strategy and implement best practices across the bdr teamdevelop reps into sales-Ready candidates for future account executive positionsreport on sales activity and forecast to senior sales managementmotivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentivesidentify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivityensure training and coaching around sales processes best practices and tools such as zoominfo, sales navigatorwhat the candidate will needat least 2+ years hands-On management experience in a sales environment with experience managing bdrs and/or sales teamsportfolio of achievement growing a business or product with a consistent proven track record of overachievement of quota expectationsadvanced englisha sales mentality with the ability to develop strong partnershipsexperience working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders including operations teams in an ever-Changing, rapid growth environmentoutstanding communication, organizational and time management skillssuccessful track record in a high volume transaction sales environmententhusiastic and motivational leadership established through leading by example for staff, peers, and senior leaders across all company functionssalesforce experience familiarity with marketo, zoominfo, lusha and other sales toolswe welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently.
