The role will typically be based in sãopaulo city and will require frequent travel across the region. Therole reports to the gvp of latin role has been created as a promotion forproven top sellers with a track record of over-Performance at riministreet, and will report directly to the regional gvp. Strategicaccount directors will continue to be individual contributors,carrying the title of account directoris a quota-Carrying position, with an assigned quota higher than thequota of a senior account executive (sae). The strategic accountdirector will have an assigned territory. To provide the opportunityto meet and exceed the higher quota, they will be assigned additionalaccounts and/or portions of unassigned territories as determined bysales operations and sales duties &responsibilities- Identify opportunities and build pipeline ina territory and assigned accounts- Develop and execute a plan tomeet quarterly and annual goals for new client invoicing-Execute against the plan to exceed quota targets every quarter-Manage sales cycle from identifying prospects, working with multipleinternal teams to coordinate appropriate resources, all the waythrough to closing the deal- Build and maintain high-Levelrelationships with prospects and clients- Travel as needed(estimated up to 40%) to visit clients, progress opportunities andclose deals- Reinforce and extend the unique and strong riministreet culture by serving as a role model and mentor to the rest ofthe sales teamExperience- 10+ years experienceselling enterprise software, support and services in either start-Upenvironments or medium-To-Large enterprise software companies-5+ years experience (typical) selling rimini street support andservice solutions, with a record of meeting and exceeding salesgoals- Direct experience in opening new accounts, includingcold-Calling, lead prospecting and lead development- Provenexperience in team selling, as this role will require you tocoordinate resources from multiple groups and functions across thecompany- Demonstrated results in leading cross-Functional teamsto execute projects, develop opportunities and close deals-Established record of building and developing executive-Levelrelationships with prospects, clients, partners and influencers, andin leveraging those relationships for networking, prospecting andreferencesqualifications/skills/experience:Experience- 10+ years experience selling enterprisesoftware, support and services in either start-Up environments ormedium-To-Large enterprise software companies- 5+ yearsexperience (typical) selling rimini street support and servicesolutions, with a record of meeting and exceeding sales goals-Direct experience in opening new accounts, including cold-Calling,lead prospecting and lead development- Proven experience in teamselling, as this role will require you to coordinate resources frommultiple groups and functions across the company- Demonstratedresults in leading cross-Functional teams to execute projects, developopportunities and close deals- Established record of buildingand developing executive-Level relationships with prospects, clients,partners and influencers, and in leveraging those relationships fornetworking, prospecting and referenceSkills-Highly evolved selling, relationship management and negotiation skillsand the ability to interact with a range of customer roles fromc-Level executives, to procurement, legal and line-Of-Businessrepresentatives- Demonstrated ability to combine stronganalytical skills, qualitative analysis and pelet us know your job expectations, so we can find you jobs better!.
