Liaise with external auditors for the statutory audit requirementsand ensure publication of financial statements on the agreed timeline. Oversee themonth-End processes and ensuing reporting requirements. Ensure compliance with allapplicable standards, rules regulations of all statutory and regulatory bodies,including tax authorities and full responsibility for maintaining and reportingall statutory requirements.
