Find out more at careers at the opportunity:professional services consultant is a customer facing position, responsible to coordinate and implement contact center projects focused on recording, qm and wfm activities:- Understand customer needs and translate to technical specification and configuration.- Work with project manager to build project plan, scope of work and project documentation.- Provide support for pre sales, demos and customer presentations.- Work with multiple projects simultaneously.- Consulting services for integrations and customizations- Training for end customersexperience:- 3 - 6 years of experienceeducation:- Bachelor degree or equivalent experiencecompensation:the pay range for this opportunity is from $114,800 to $155,000 + performance-Related bonus + benefitsfooter: #J-18808-Ljbffr.
