Your role the hr business partner performs duties associated with all of the different functional hr areas including employee relations, training, development, culture, employment, and compensation and benefits. Partners with other hrbps business unit and coe, diagnoses performance issues and learning needs, identifies appropriate training-Based solutions, and develops leadership learning frameworks to facilitate achievement of the individual business units goals. Work closely withfu heads to understand better the needs and strengthten key hr processes. Your responsibilities assist with recruitment activities as needed (e.G., review applications, interview).Coach, counsel, and guide managers before the execution of employee life cycle - Key and promote feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of hr key processes & company people processes to ensure that employees capabilities meet current and future close contact with the hr team to ensure alignment with corporate and business unit, hrbps and the hr coordinators specific projects as determined in the hr planning process, and participate in functional and cross-Functional ensure and monitor that employee performance evaluations are completed in a timely / quality line management in forecasting and planning talent pipeline and improve existing l&d frameworks and adjust a skills' matrix according to business a project plan and conduct a cost/benefit analysis for any recommendations made to business and analyze the general training requirements, business objectives, desired results and limitations of the business unit in order to guarantee closing gaps or develop with business units and other hr functions to ensure consistency of hr strategy & organization initiatives and procedures. Your skills and experiences graduated in adm, psychologic experience in human resources issues, comprehensively managing the key sub-Processes of the area. Ideally, have worked in organizations with matrix reports and experience as hr in the administration of benefits and compensation programs as well as other hr programs such as culture, engagement, dei - General knowledge of employment laws and practices, experience in designing and developing comprehensive learning programs - Experience leading development sessions and 360 feedback - Supporting and building individual & group development english skills.
