Responsibilities:the teammanager will support the store manager in leading, developing andsupporting the sales, operations and security team members to meetand/or exceed sales plans and elevate the tiffany store experience. S/he will assume oversight for the store when the manager is notpresent. The team manager is a dynamic, attentive and inspiring leaderwho builds relationships with internal and external clients someonewho could be called a mentor, a coach, and who acts as a guestexperience manager, ensuring unsurpassed customer service. S/hemanages an efficient back of house and is a collaborative sales leaderwho models and champions the tiffany cultural values is acollaborative sales leader who models and champions the tiffanycultural values: create the dream, be bold, win with passion, do the right thing, and be brilliant together. Sales:deepen therelationship with our clients to achieve sales plan and drive lifetimeloyalty and spend. Manage and motivate the team to consistentlyachieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plan. Drive client development activities among individual team members tocultivate new and existing clients. Demonstrate sales leadership byplaying an active role on the sales floor and managing clientrelationships personally. Drive business through key productpillars. Service:elevate in store experience consistentlydelivering memorable moments. Lead, model and coach based on tei(voice of client survey) feedback and elevate the tiffany experienceindex by keeping the survey questions in mind. Act as guest experiencemanagement presence on the sales floor, coaching the team on the powerof blue selling ceremony and ensuring tiffany client experienceexpectations are being delivered at all times. Optimize hospitalityand store amenities to create unique experiences. Take action on teiperformance and client feedback to improve customerservice. Operational excellence:ensure exceptionaloperational support to drive sales and service. Manage efficient backof house and ensure consistency with established operationalprocedures. Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices. Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures. Partner with market operations manager to reallocate resources to sales andclienteling through supporting key pillars. Talent:elevateand hire talent to ensure a winning team and create a best in classservice & selling organization. Partner with the manager to developand execute a talent action plan for each employee. Continuouslytrain, coach, and provide qualitative feedback, utilizing reward andrecognition as well as performance management process to improve teamengagement and performance. Network and recruit to build a pipeline ofdiverse, multi-Lingual, highly skilledtalent. Qualifications:requiredqualifications: minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retailstore management experience or relevant customer related experience(e.G., hospitality). Proven track record in sales generation,managing the achievement of sales results. Flexibility to worknon-Traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends andholidays. Proven ability to develop new opportunities andmaintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition andpenetration in market. Proficiency with microsoft office, word,excel, outlook, visio, power point, client tracking systems and pointof sales (pos) system. Flexibility to work in various roles basedon business needs (i.E., on the sales floor, operations,etc.).
