Main purpose of the role: under the direction of the hr director anddotted to the local country/commercial head the human resourcesmanager business partner will drive results for all human resourceefforts for assigned clients. Participates in the development of humanresource policies and programs including employee relations, talentacquisition, communication, talent management, compensation, payrolland other functions. Provides coaching and counselling to management,hr generalists and employees to enhance individual contributions. Thisrole leads the hr department and oversees the hr staff. Keyaccountabilities: - Work with multiple human resource disciplines,including payroll, organizational diagnosis, employee and unionrelations, performance management, and employment laws - Deploypeople solutions to build capability and deliver performance -Supporting the union negotiations - Maintain in-Depth knowledge oflocal legal requirements related to day-To-Day management of employeesreducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance - Partnerwith hr director and performance and reward manager to ensurecompetitive pay for internal and external hires as well as to managethe communication and execution of pay for performance methodology andother aspects of our compensation - Partner with the hr director inreviewing operating practices, procedures and projects for latam,determine whether improvements can be made and work to implementchanges as appropriate - Gather required information when localgovernment solicits documents from a specific store - Partner withcommercial department regarding incidents and terminations - Partnerwith legal department to attend, follow up and conclude disputes withemployees - Partner with performance and reward manager/payroll whenreporting incidents, terminations, off cycle payrolls, etc - Assistthe leadership team to drive initiatives and remain on the leadingedge. Understand current environmental and economic issues and theirimpact on people - Reviews and monitor performance management processto ensure quality, timeliness and effectiveness for business -Assists with the needs assessment and determination of management andleadership training for business area - Provides management withcollaborative consultation on sensitive or complex employee relationsissues - Partner with talent manager to implement appropriate changemanagement, manager assimilation, team building and related tools andprocesses. - Provides training and consulting in effective employeeperformance management practices including coaching, careerdevelopment, and disciplinary actions - Reviews payroll reports foraccuracy, solve payroll issues and maintaining payroll operations byfollowing local legal requirements - Responsible of localcommunication planning according to cluster - Responsible of local hrbudget planning based on year and expense report and further newstores educational background: bachelor and master in administration,psychology, human resources, people management professionalqualifications: - Previous management experience - Knowledge ofmultiple human resource disciplines, including payroll, organizationaldiagnosis, employee and union relations, performance management, andemployment laws - Extensive knowledge of human resources includingorganizational development, employee relations, litigation managementand avoidance language skills: english fluency required spanishdesirable travel required: 20-30% at pandora we are guided by fourvalues: we dream, are visionary and go beyond the obvious.
