About the role what youll do - Align our total rewardsstrategy with our philosophies and business objectives, whileconsidering the unique needs of each location, - Manage compensationplanning cycles inclusive of communication, modeling, analysis andadministration - Design and implement variable pay and equity programsto be market competitive and highly valued by the talent we want toattract and retain - Develop and refine compensation businessprocesses, governance models and guidelines - Design tools andcommunication materials to effectively educate employees and managerson all compensation programs - Create insights mechanisms forleveraging internal and external market data, including cost modeling,to inform our decision-Making what youll need - 10 years ofexperience in a professional, fast-Paced environment - A strongbackground in compensation, mathematics, finance, statistics oreconomics preferred - Minimum of 5 years progressive human resourcesand compensation experience with increasing levels of responsibilityin identifying, consulting, designing, recommending, and implementingefficient, business solutions to clients challenges - Deepunderstanding of compensation in brazil required, experience of globalcompensation programs preferred - Previous experience working withboth broad based compensation, equity preferred - Ability to maintainstrict confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information -Consulting experience strongly preferred - Strong analyticalcapabilities, familiarity with broader underlying concepts, andability to communicate persuasively - Proven track record ofcollaborating with high-Level individual contributors and managersacross multiple functions - Ability to manage change effectively whilemindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications. -Strong planning, project management, organizational and communicationskills - Proven ability to adapt and work effectively with competingdeadlines - Bachelors degree or equivalent we welcome people from allbackgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build the best gamingcompany, where everyone thrives.
