Okto is looking for a sales operations analyst latam. The ideal candidate will be reporting to oktos sales operations manager and chief commercial officer latam. Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited at:support and manage sales efforts through meaningful data maintenance andreporting. Ensure all sales steps from lead to contract signing are properlydocumented, evaluated (financial and effort terms), and assigned to theappropriate sales person. Manage salesforce or other company sales/ crm toolswhile training staff on new technology, software and other tools. Keep allstakeholders informed and make sure go live plan is accurate and updated. Be apivot part of revenue forecasting, leads, backlog and pipeline solutions addressing latam requirements while aligning with globalpolicies to best support marketing and sales teams. Serve as a liaison betweenteams and upper management. Back up and support to sales operations manager followethical practices with consumer and customer data. Assist marketing teams indetermining customer outreach methods. Assist with account least 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst, financialanalyst, sales operations analyst strong analytical skills. Be able to operate atc-Level /md level. Ability to perform advanced computing functions. Familiaritywith databases and sales software. Excellent microsoft office skills. Excellentknowledge of english, portuguese & spanish strong communication skills. Ability toproblem solve. Ability to work well in groups. Ability to attitude.
