Keyaccountabilitieslead the development ofsustainability strategy andtactics for the food ingredients and bio-Industrial enterpriseintegrating and synchronizing across thegroups and functions anddevelop the budget and other resourcerecommendations necessary toaccomplish strategic goals. Leadcargills commercial sustainabilitystrategy, including discovery andleveraging cross value chainconnections, development of signatureprograms and other businessinitiatives to achieve financial targets engage with targetedcustomers to discuss related sustainabilityprinciples, strategicalignment and overall theories of change onbehalf of the enterprise toachieve consensus and overcome barriers,contributing to retention andgrowth of our market share withcustomers. Drive corporatenongovernmental organization engagementplans and focus areas ensuingalignment with the business or corporatesustainability approach andchallenges. Identify and connectcorporate, business and supply chainopportunities to commercializesustainability. Partner with marketingand communications to positionsustainability initiatives and offeringsand support related businessand functional teams in internal andexternal engagements withfinancial organizations to raise awareness ofour programs andindustry trends and solicit partnerships on greenfinance.
