Bachelors degree required, advanced degreeand/or certification in hr preferred mba or master degree is desiredtrilingual: fluent portuguese, english and spanish (written andspoken) demonstrated capabilities to anticipate customer needs, focusoutside in and data extensive experience in employee relations abilityto manage multiple priorities and initiatives exercising soundjudgment, solutions orientation and flexibility demonstrated abilityto work cross functionally and across multiple geographies, peoplemanagement skills and development, strong leadership capabilities,change agent skills and deal with ambiguity must have stronganalytical, presentation, verbal and written communications skillsavailability to travelcorporate security responsibilityall activitiesinvolving access to mastercard assets, information, and networks comeswith an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it isexpected that every person working for, or on behalf of, mastercard isresponsible for information security and must:abide by mastercardssecurity policies and practicesensure the confidentiality andintegrity of the information being accessedreport any suspectedinformation security violation or breach, andcomplete all periodicmandatory security trainings in accordance with mastercardsguidelines.
