The position formulatespartnerships and guides a team that did the same across the hrfunction to deliver value-Added service to management and employeesthat reflects the business objectives of the : consults with line management, providing hrguidance when appropriatemanages and resolves complex employeerelations issuesleads a team of 3 direct reports based in differentlocationsprovides day-To-Day performance management guidance to linemanagement (e.G., coaching, counseling, career development,disciplinary actions)works closely with management and employees toimprove work relationships, build morale, and increase productivityand retentionprovides hr policy guidance and interpretationdevelopscontract terms for new hires, promotions and transfersmaintainsin-Depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-To-Daymanagement of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatorycompliance.
