We are looking for a delivery director to join themanagement team and participate in different projects made up ofmulticultural teams distributed throughout the world. Follow and control project management usingagile methodologies. Collaborate with the pmo in the execution ofprocedures for pms. Ensure consistent hr policies in closecollaboration with hrbp. Support the pms in charge and escalate thoserelevant issues to the vp. Ensure compliance by your team withestablished methodologies and processes. Present complex problems tothe ams, who will be responsible for dealing with customers. Ensureeffective, professional, and transparent communication between pms andcustomers. Ensure customer and team satisfaction throughout the entireproject. Heres what were looking for: 6 years of experience inproject management of software outsourcing (experience in personnel,time and materials, and budgets). Customer-Oriented. Budgetmanagement. It experience. Experience with agile methodologies. Strongcommunication skills. Previous experience as a software in software engineering or computer science. Advanced englishlevel.
