The services regional business manager for cloud and service provider(c&sp)segment is responsible for working with the regional c&spsegment team to identifyand close new opportunities for attachedi&c services, and with fs country teamsto ensure that life cycleservices are proposed and sold to data center areas of customer focus are with strategic accounts(sas),multi-Country target accounts (mctas), and country targetaccounts (ctas) that areemerging in the region. The regional bmwill also be working with country teams tosupport them in theexecution of amsp initiatives to improve our customer intimacyandtheir satisfaction by improving ib tracking, increasingassets-Under-Contract,consulting support, and proposing newservices innovations that decrease the tcoof their electricalmanagement for assigned region,develop field service business 3-Year plan and current yearactionplan with c&sp regional leadership and specific c&sp account managers,andcountry fs v2 managementmonitors execution of annual planand reports to c&sp stakeholders success andchallengesmakesannual evaluation of customer profile to ensure focus is on highestvaluecustomers for servicesensures the quality and accuracyof bfo and ib empresa importanteengages directly with customersto understand asset life cycle needs and createsservice plan opexstrategy for maintenance and modernization of criticalelectricalinfrastructuresengages directly with customers to understandcapex investments and opportunitiesfor installation, commissioningand testing (ic&t) services. Engages withschneider executioncenters to attach ic&t services. Participates in cpp stagegatereviews to bring customer expectationsuses account managementskills and tools to identify and build strongrelationships withdecision makers, influence and executives at relationships to drive preference for schneiderservicesworks with country v on local site coverage plansincluding ib tracking andcontract development. Shares upstreamcustomer informationon investments, localinfluencers/decisionmakersanimates community of country v to share best practices,replicate wins andprovide account leadershipworks to develop,directly and through networks of v1 and fsv a qualifiedpipelineof opportunities, and then drives to convert into servicebusinessorders. Manages the bfo dashboards and related tableaureportsthe regional service business manager is responsible forthe services bfo qualityfor assigned customers and/orregionin collaboration with digital services team, promotedigital offers and discoveropportunities forpilotcollaborates with gfs empresa importante services operations(gso) team to develop and closemulti country tendersacts asvoice of customer (voc) to bring segment and customer needs toserviceslobs.
