Okto is looking for a sales operations analyst latam. The ideal candidate will be reporting to oktos sales operations manager and chief commercial officer latam. Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited at: support and manage sales efforts through meaningful data maintenance and reporting. Ensure all sales steps from lead to contract signing are properly documented, evaluated (financial and effort terms), and assigned to the appropriate sales person. Manage salesforce or other company sales/ crm tools while training staff on new technology, software and other tools. Keep all stakeholders informed and make sure go live plan is accurate and updated. Be a pivot part of revenue forecasting, leads, backlog and pipeline management. Implement solutions addressing latam requirements while aligning with global policies to best support marketing and sales teams. Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management. Back up and support to sales operations manager follow ethical practices with consumer and customer data. Assist marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods. Assist with account management. Requirementsat least 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst, financial analyst, sales operations analyst strong analytical skills. Be able to operate at c-Level /md level. Ability to perform advanced computing functions. Familiarity with databases and sales software. Excellent microsoft office skills. Excellent knowledge of english, portuguese & spanish strong communication skills. Ability to problem solve. Ability to work well in groups. Ability to multitask. Entrepreneurial attitude.
