This is why we are evolving the latam omnichannel team - To make this a reality by integrating digital and face-To-Face interactions seamlessly and allowing us to rapidly identify priorities to engage our customers and establish leadership in the prioritized therapeutic areas. The position as scrum master you play a key role in latams omnichannel customer engagement transformation to drive customer centricity and create seamless customer experiences. You will be enabling latam affiliates in realizing the new latam omnichannel customer engagement model locally and delivering personalized omnichannel strategies to customers to achieve the desired outcomes. Your main responsibility will be to organize and coordinate activities and work packages using agile methodologies to help prioritizing tasks, removing roadblocks and sharing back knowledge across affiliates and the network, to ensure sustainable and scalable execution of therapeutic area omnichannel strategies. You will be directly reporting to the program manager, who is leading the program management team, and support affiliates and network teams on a project basis based on prioritized demand and evolving needs. Key responsibilities help local teams organize their activities and work packages in an agile way to achieve their local omnichannel strategy and deliver on the envisioned outcomes through taking a hands-On approach and providing timely and effective operational support provide support by prioritizing tasks, agreeing on timelines, removing impediments and tracking progress as required, help to manage risks and dependencies in parallel enhance and streamline local processes and optimise the flow of work within the different areas of technical expertise (channel strategy, content strategy, data & analytics strategy) to help execution and ensure that the final outcome aligns with customer needs and is delivered on time and according to plan facilitate scrum events and ceremonies such as stand up, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospectives and lead discussions and decision-Making processes introduce and use various tools to facilitate workflow, such as the program kanbans, boards trello) and facilitation tools miro) empower the affiliate team to work in a self-Organizing manner, take ownership and focus on value creation to develop and deliver facilitate decision-Making processes, gaining consensus where necessary and fostering an environment of open communication and exchange of ideas, overall help to create a harmonic and productive work environment act as a subject matter expert and coach to the team in agile methodology, tool usage, decision-Making process following the proper guidelines enable and coach agile ways of working, mindset and practices and ensure that the three pillars of scrum necessary for the empirical process approach are enacted: transparency, inspection, adaptation create a culture of sharing and feedback whereby best practices, lessons learned and synergies can be leveraged to drive continuous improvement of the ways of working around the omnichannel customer engagement model whats in it for you? An advanced degree in life sciences and/ or mba is a plus professional experience 5+ years of experience in a project manager or scrum master experience in digital-Driven business transformation programs, ideally with deployment experience in an international setting and in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in an evolving landscape with high levels of ambiguity enabling diverse work package teams to reach a common goal outstanding project and stakeholder management skills, interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously strong bias for action and initiative in driving the team forward, including taking on administrative tasks as needed intellectual curiosity and integrity, with a passion to bring value-Adding technology and tools to the team scrum master certified and familiarity with agile/waterfall methodologies and tools trello, miro boards) is essential safe certification highly desirable languages fluent in english and spanish (oral & written) is essential skills & competencies competencies visionary: you are passionate about the future and communicate a higher purpose to affiliate teams, explaining the why and the impact created across by driving personalized customer engagement campaigns architect: you build high performing lean-Agile teams and empower them to excel by encouraging them to make bold decisions catalyst: you have an entrepreneurial spirit, providing solutions and removing roadblocks to act quickly upon evolving omnichannel business and customer needs coach : you motivate teams to foster lean-Agile ways of working, mindset and practices across the latam region and help to champion and develop digital excellence initiatives in addition, the following skills will make you successful in your position and career development at roche: collaborative network ways of working coaching outcomes based planning systems thinking customer centricity culture advocate omnichannel strategy #dceilatamjobs.
