And we are happy for you to come in, make changes and mould the finance function for the future. Overall responsibility for the finance function providing direction and leadership to the team. Ensure the financial framework of the company is in accordance with international financial reporting standards and sri lankan accounting standards. Manage the companys cash flow, treasury, bank relationships, and working capital requirements. Liaise with external auditors for the statutory audit requirements and ensure publication of financial statements on the agreed timeline. Oversee the month-End processes and ensuing reporting requirements. Ensure compliance with all applicable standards, rules regulations of all statutory and regulatory bodies, including tax authorities and full responsibility for maintaining and reporting all statutory requirements. Manage team performance and provide necessary training. What are we looking for? We believe personality and attitude are far more important than educational qualifications.
