Conduct the transformation journey across the organization, throughout automation of financial close process and f&a to free up finance & accounting teams to focus on high-Value work that helps the business grow lead the finance & accounting team in brazil to delivery on financial goals and issuance of financial statement in line with group reporting guidelines provide financial reports and financial analysis to help decision making ensure reliability, accuracy and timelines of the reporting and internal controls processes delivered to group consolidation and internal control team continuously improving the monthly financial closing procedures with a focus on process automation and optimizing the use of corporate tools hands on and able to implement processes, procedures and internal control frameworks. Establish priorities, set objectives, and provide guidance and feedback to the team. Implement technology solutions for financial procedures and flows throughout our platform drive monthly analysis processes to understand performance against budget strong stakeholder management with head office and shared services center responsible of tax management, corporate company tax calculation and vat. Coordination of external tax consultants and strong relationship with global tax director integrating and implementing into the affiliate global corporate taxes strategies through ownership and following up of processes involved. Ensure that external and internal auditing agendas are supported during their respective visits and that recommendations under accountability are timely and adequately addressed and adherence to controls are followed. Key member of local leadership team lead by local gm. Must act and work closely with entire team to ensure implementation of all corporate strategies and initiatives applicable to the company in brazil. Main requirements: great ability to communicate within the organization. Inspiring leadership to finance team serving as role model to the organization. Must be an experienced professional working as director in previous roles. Great business acumen to act as a peer of the business to support their growth. Resource optimization mindset.
