As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive strategic decision-Making and support our business objectives. You will play a critical role in developing and executing data-Driven strategies that will drive growth, improve customer experience, and increase profitability. Responsibilities: lead the development and implementation of a data analytics and business insights strategy that supports the companys goals and objectives conduct in-Depth analysis of customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities partner with cross-Functional teams to develop and implement data-Driven initiatives that drive growth, improve customer experience, and increase profitability develop and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (kpis) and provide insights to the business collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to develop and implement data models, algorithms, and machine learning techniques to support data-Driven decision-Making provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on data-Driven insights and analysis stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and business insights.
