Optibus is looking for a team lead to join our r&d team in the challenge of moving the world smarter. We are looking for an experienced professional with a software engineering background and superb interpersonal skills. This position is for our cord team, which is responsible for integrations and reports for our clients. We are looking for a back end team lead who will build and mentor our talented team while delivering scalable, high quality products with a focus on business impact and a delightful user experience. As a team lead at optibus, you will work with the team to build the growth plan and facilitate its implementation. You will encourage collaboration and ensure that your team is inspired and understands the strategic direction. You will also partner with the teams product manager to prioritize tasks. We trust you to make sure that your team will feel motivated, impactful, and know their purpose. So if you understand the difference between managing people and leading them (and you identify with the latter), if you are passionate about technology and the product you create, if no task is too small or too big you sound like our new team lead. 2+ years of engineering management with experience leading productive, efficient teams. 3+ years of production experience with backend development using one or more of the following: python, java, go, c# proficiency in english. Additional languages are an advantage a great team player bsc degree in computer science, software engineering, or related domains.
