In this role, you will support saas sales byformulating and leading presales functional activities to prospectiveclients and customers. These activities include identifying key issuesthe retailer needs to address, building relationships with keyindividuals, delivering business process and value based presentationsand demonstrations that clearly show the value that oracle can deliverto the retailer. This is a key role in driving the success of oraclelatin america across the retail sectors (fashion, hardlines, groceryand pharma).Detailed descriptionmain tasks andresponsibilities:- Be an acknowledged expert in retailmarketing & E-Commerce B2C and ideally across the key sectors ofgrocery, hardlines, fashion and pharma.- Be able to presentindustry trends and best practices as well as present and demo retailmarketing & E-Commerce B2C processes, capabilities and value in acompelling way.- Support the sales process and lead allfunctional aspects as a business and solution expert (the trustedadvisor).- Be able to convince others (often at a senior level)through presentations, relationship building, demonstrations andwritten communication of the value oracle can bring in supportingretail marketing & E-Commerce B2C processes and addressing the keybusiness pains of the retailer.- Possess excellent verbal andwritten communication skills in responding to rfis, rfps, needsanalysis, positioning, etc.- Communicate oracles valuesproposition and deliver outstanding solution presentations anddemonstrations to prospects, customers, partners and the market.-Ability to work on large or complex sales opportunities requiringcreative and complex solutions.- Maintain in depth and up to dateknowledge of competitors.- Have a strong team spirit, and bewilling to work in teams often virtually.- Actively participatein organizational skill exchanges and transfer expertise requirementscandidate profile -Essential- Bachelors degree or equivalent.- +5 years ofexperience working in retail marketing B2C or E-Commerce B2C positionsin retailers or selling and /or implementing retail marketing &E-Commerce B2C solutions.- Experience working with specializedretail marketing & E-Commerce B2C solutions.- Outstandingpresentation, communication and interpersonal skills.- Proventeam player.- Flexible & easily adapts to change.- Strongnetwork building skills internally and externally.- Demonstratedtime management skills.- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time,sometimes at short profile -Advantageous- Experience with oracle marketing & E-Commerce B2csolutions.- Verbal and written fluency in english, portuguese andspanish.- Ability to work well in a detailsexperience inretail marketing & E-Commerce B2C solutions like responsys campaignmanagement, bluekai data management platform, crowdtwist loyalty andengagement, audience segmentation, content management, infinitybehavioral intelligence, maxymiser testing and optimization, unitycustomer data platform, oracle in retailmarketing & E-Commerce B2C solutions from competitors like salesforce,adobe (magento), sap, vtex, shopify, commercetools, bigcommerce,episerver, acoustic, sas, aptos, descriptionand job requirementsas a principal sales consultant youwill be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presalestechnical / functional support activity to prospective clients andcustomers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technicalresource and mentor for less experienced sales consultants. Focuses onlarge or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complexsolutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other salesconsultants. Develops and delivers outstanding oracle presentationsand demonstrations.
