Manager, nscpmo leadthe supply chain project management office (scpmo)operates as a center of excellence for project management at astrategic level and sits inside of the global supply chain collaborates directly with senior leaders in manufacturing, D&T,strategy, integration, productivity and era and has responsibility forkey projects across global supply chain organization. The main goal ofthe scpmo is to provide quality project management services and buildproject management capabilities across the global supply chain usingstandards, guidelines, processes, tools, and techniques to efficientlyand agile implement responsibilitieslead and oversees high priority and complexprojects which requires high level of functional integration todeliver projects in all supply chain regions for manufacturing and D&toperation good capabilities in allproject management competencies, including planning, executing,monitoring, and controlling of strategic and complex projects from initial concept through finalimplementation following the project lifecyle from initiation to define and deliver project scopemanage a decentralized project team partner effectively with multiplefunctional and segments leads to identify and mitigate risks totimeline and for ensuring all projectrequirements are properly identified and translated to projectdocumentation to define the and review projectplans, work with stakeholders to understand complex problems, proposeresolution, remove roadblock in a timely manner and escalate whennecessary to meet the adoption to scpmomanagement standards and practices to conduct consistently,efficiently, and timely the projects teamaccountability and ownership on execution to deliver project ontiming, cost, quality, and and report statusof project progress and risks to the project sponsor, leadership teamand key regular reviews with peer managersto ensure program and project plans are aligned with major initiativeamong global supply chain as financialinformation and data to conduct analysis and support fact-Basedproject and business project managementgaps and develop, improve, and implement standards, guidelines,practices, processes, and templates for managing projects consistentlyand efficiently in order to achieve results on time while reduceproject related risk and support and guidanceto associate manager, project manager as needed with oversight ontheir project progress and development, while forming strongpartnerships with cross-Functional and coachassociate manager and project managers to drive their performance andfuture career alignment across functions inglobal supply chain and segments to effectively manage and monitorcapital /cash spend within guidelines of established project budget tomeet project collaboration efforts acrossthe organization to leverage best practices, expertise, and coaching and training to functional orlocal project managers to build on site project managementcapabilities across newell global supply selected senior manager, supply chain pmocandidate will have responsibility to deliver solutions for the globalsupply chain which is a vertically integrated operation inside newellbrands. This requires excellence in strategic, tactical leadership andplanning across all geographies and functions, includingmanufacturing, distribution, engineering, productivity, finance, R&D,data management, ehs and real candidate must betechnically competent with a willingness to being hands-On andcomfortable with tactical execution while working on projects ofstrategic degree in supply chain management, engineering,business management, or related technical field, pmp + years of leadership experience preferred inproject management for supply chain on cgp familiarity with manufacturing or dc operationand production/supply leading complexprograms with high complexity and high levels of capital ability to facilitate relations between executiveleadership, operations and distribution teams, along with business andsegments functions at a global to interact andcommunicate appropriately with cross-Functional personnel throughexecutive track record ofeffectively building partnerships to manage and resolve familiarity with structured project knowledge and experience managingtechnical and business requirements to deliver integrated in developing and deploying project managementbest practices, policies, procedures, and creative problem-Solving and analytical skills in project management tools such as microsoftoffice suite, microsoft project, smartsheet, powerbi and influencing skills (leads by example, clearlyarticulates business cases and interpretation of cause-Effect impact).Demonstrates high ethics and organization and planning to travel25% to supply chain locations across the us and internationallyability to thrive in a fast-Paced, dynamic (spanish or portuguese)preferred qualificationsconsumer products industry working with diverse and distributed written and verbal communication skills andpresentation or advance degree in business,management, or related brands (nasdaq:nwl) is a leading global consumer goods company with a strongportfolio of well-Known brands, including rubbermaid, sharpie, graco,coleman, rubbermaid commercial products, yankee candle, paper mate,foodsaver, dymo, expo, elmers, oster, nuk, spontex and campingaz.
