In addition, as a senior member of the ccn, you will drive global initiatives and priorities. You will be an integrator of the many teams located in the center. You will identify new ways to foster collaboration and find synergies, bringing integration of our client capabilities to life under one will work with office partnership and broader cell leadership to identify and bring appropriate client capabilities to develop and serve clients. You will help ccn teams to identify opportunities and help drive standardization and automation across capabilities. You will look for opportunities to help and facilitate the testing, building and scaling of prioritized assets by cells in the hub. You will connect cells to the right sponsorship and funding mechanisms such as launch, asset libraries, data will help feed intelligence into firm and cell priorities leveraging co-Location of teams and colleagues to identify cross cutting topics and trends. You will promote a collaborative culture that encourages each person to develop to their full potential and invest in the success of others. Youll actively coach and mentor colleagues to develop the next generation of leaders while you will foster sponsorship and mentorship links between ccn colleagues and leaders in our são paulo :- Undergraduate degree advanced degree (e.G., M.B.A., M.S., or ph.D.) in a business-Related discipline is strongly preferred- 8+ years of relevant professional experience in the consulting field- 3 years of leadership experience- Strategic vision- Analytics translator skills- Strong problem-Solving capabilities- Superior people leadership, influencing and coaching abilities ability to inspire others- Excellent communication skills
