Team overview and job responsibilities we are looking for an experienced cfo to help us shape the and responsibilities- Managing organizations financial and accounting operations in brazil.- To develop and monitor a financial plan to support the companys overall strategic plans and objectives.- Maintain an effective internal accounting and administrative control system that minimizes the risks of losses in critical areas of the business, ensuring: the integrity of accounting figures and records, adherence to corporate policies, local procedures and policies.- Responsible for the relationship with internal and external auditors for financial or fiscal purposes.- Provide timely financial information for decision-Making, including issuing financial statements, analyzing them, and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the company. In addition, the preparation of the annual budget, periodic forecasts and its monitoring through the use of key indicators of performance of the kpis business.- Support sales activities with customer visits, timely approval of credit limits, bonds and guarantees, quotes, price analysis, customer profitability, inventory rotations, etc. Managing the companys working capital and cash conversion cycle (ccc).- Manage the companys financial resources, ensuring effective collection and payment management, cash and surplus cash management, credit availability, as well as relationships with banks and financial institutions.- Review and control expenses, costs and variations to guide the management of different areas of the business, promoting savings opportunities and more efficient use of available resources.- Provide strong, forward-Looking analytical leadership.- Partner with senior leaders to push the boundaries of current and future departmental goals and strategies. Clearly articulate the key drivers of the business.- Identify staffing and training needs, evaluate employee performance, and coach accounting and finance staff.- Build confidence and are we looking for?- You hold a degree in professional in business administration, economics, finance or industrial or financial engineering.- Master of business administration, finance or business administration.- More than 3 years of experience in related positions.- Fluent in english (required).- Experience in the following pillars: (1) accounting, inventory costing and internal control, (2) brazilian taxation system, (3) treasury and bank relationship, (4) fp&A, (5) pricing and (6) risk management: metal, derivatives and credit management.- Resource management.- Continuous improvement methodologies.- Ethical responsibility.- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-Functional teams.- Negotiation skills.- Flexibility and capability to manage changes during the work.- Knowledge of financial analysis, local tax legislation, international financial reporting standards (ifrs), U.S. Accounting standards (us gaap), sarbanex oxley act knowledge (sox).- Results-Oriented, analytical, strategic thinker, leadership, decision-Making ability, control skills, teamwork.- Prysmian group, as an equal opportunity employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills and abilities, who will enhance the quality of service and contribute to the groups success.
