In this position, you will work with sales to explain, demonstrate and prove the value of our solutions to our clients and partners. You will join a dynamic team of supportive sales and technical sales colleagues and work with customer engagements across the latin america will your role be?As an industry process consultant, you will be leading large and complex technical sales support activities with prospective clients. You will educate clients, identify client pains and opportunities for improvement, define and propose solutions to support data-Driven decisions, solve customers challenges, preparing and delivering solution demonstrations, explaining its value to the business.- Interpret the customer requirements and demonstrate the product value to define the appropriate methodology documentation (e.G. Understand the customers needs, challenge their process, and document the requirements)- Discover and analyze customer business problems and architect an aligned solution- Formulate recommendations and solutions (proposed business processes) with supporting value evidences (kpis and business case)- Support presentation of value proposal to executive / head of department sponsors- Responsible for developing best in class demos, proof of concepts and solution vision presentation- Support request for information / request for proposal processes- Support dassault systemes business partners (re-Sellers or implementation partners) in their growth and sales activities- Capitalize yours and peers experience and expertise to facilitate knowledge access and transfer- Able to qualify different stakeholders (identifying their level of interest/decision) and support sales team to explore the correct message and sales strategykey success factors- Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, production or equivalent.- 5+ years of experience in a similar position, acquired on mes or mom solutions.- Knowledge on delmia apriso/flexnet is a plus.- Apics or six sigma black belt certification is a plus.- A willingness to learn and understand mes/mom, the central role in production, and the key pain points that customers/companies experience in this domain.- Interest and curiosity in mes/mom and to develop business procedures and practices in the intersection between sales, design, implementation and it.- A passion for the digital transformation in the manufacturing domain and the end-To-End vision of the flow between mbom, process plan, erp, moes, aps and shop floor/operator.- Optional: any knowledge or interest in the following area: erp interfacing, plc automation (opc), iiot (mqtt etc.), scada, ms sql server, htmljavascript.- Understanding of isa-95 standard and basic understanding of lean manufacturing concepts.- A consulting approach/mindset to assist in requirement definition, business process change and solution proposal.- Skills in delivering technical presentations and conducting technical sales discussions.- Ability to travel in latin america.- Fluent in english required.
