Job requisition id:  18183 sr business support analyst procurement governance, excellence and performance is the key partner for direct procurement, contributes actively to support strategic decisions, drives sustainability, innovation and simplification into processes and systems, acts responsibly with suppliers enabling continuous improvement and smart area is responsible for policies and procedures in procurement, supplier management, E2E process excellence and systems, automation and transformation in procurement, decision support by handling reports, performance and monitoring in close collaboration with global governance and direct procurement worldwide.- Conduce projects and initiatives to define and recommend better design and solution feasible, considering market or internal best practices to the procurement processes and tools- Responsible for build solutions by conducing projects for optimize data and reports control, moving from manual data reports to systematic control- Build management reports and kpis, scope will mainly consider price forecast and ensure weekly price list availability- Translate information into a trade-Actionable format, ensuring high-Quality data availability and qualitative analyses, lead primary and secondary research to extract critical market data used to provide fact-Based insights to procurement- Ensure daily solid communication with regional commercial colleagues, identify and sharpen regional key drivers and to convert them into regional trade forecasts and price impacts- Prepare database and source for market data, including commodity prices, supply and demand fundamentals, produce cost models and all other relevant information- Proactively share knowledge, learning and best practice across teams, apply best practice concerning market intelligence tools, processes and techniques- Bachelors degree in business administration, economics, engineering, technology or other similar disciplines- Solid experience in reports management and analysis- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills- Advanced written and spoken english- Highly developed oral and written communication skills- Hands-On behavior with a strong orientation for challenging status-Quo by promoting continuous improvement- Good communication skills, ability to lead initiatives and projects, build alignment & collaborate with different stakeholders- Analytical thinking, strategic problem-Solving capabilities and result oriented mindset- Ability to handle and perform different subjects at the same timeother great to have- Fertilizers market and commodities pricing experience- Experience in agriculture commodities markets, trading, fertilizers fundamental and sales & distribution analysis- Preferably prior experience in procurement or sourcing- Desirable post-Graduation or mba in relevant subjects to the positiontalent acquisitionup to december 14th #J-18808-Ljbffr.
