The lead generation specialist will be a core component of our brokerkit demand generation team both for brokerkit leads and for our customers. Our new team member will play a key role in managing technology and data for outbound prospecting and inbound leads along with running a done for you (dfy) managed campaign professional service for our crm include: implement tech solutions for optimal lead generation and seamless integration with existing systemsuse research tools to build prospect lists, supplement databases, and maintain lead databasesoversee and optimize lead generation campaigns for brokerkit and individual accountsengage leads through targeted communication (email and text), nurturing and articulating value propositionsmonitor lead progress within the crm, initiate task-Based alerts for appointment readinessintegrate new lead sources into customer accounts. Uplead, zoominfo,..)funnel building and conversion rate optimizationppc/social adscontent marketing & seo what we offer the compensation will be $5-10 usd per hour commensurate with experiencethis is a full-Time (40 hours per week monday-Friday) remote role as an international contractor, and you will be paid in usd which will be deposited in your local account in your local is a remote position, and you can work from anywhere in north america. You will need to have a good home office setup, including reliable internet and phone service, as well as a current computer to run our largely web-Based applications.
