As a partnerships manager you will work remotely in brazil, directly reporting to the head of partnerships based in moscow and working with the marketing, product and developer 1. Work closely with the head of partnerships in developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to expand our network of partners in brazil.2. Identify and evaluate potential partnerships aligned with the companys objectives and target market (we are looking into partnering with companies from different industries)3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and potential partnership opportunities.4. Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to proactively identify partnership opportunities and risks.5. Collaborate with marketing, product and sales teams to identify partnership needs.6. Represent the organization at key industry events, conferences and networking events.7. Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.8. Work with the head of partnerships on negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements.9. Get an understanding of the technical requirements for the creation of a partner companys integration with kommo and . Act as an intermediary between the kommo developers / product team and the partner company we are creating an integration for in the kommo . Collaborate with partner companies to publish kommo in their directory and . Arrange the participation of kommo on events organized by partner :- Fluent portuguese- Fluent russian- It related experience, front or backend development (optional)- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.- A genuine enthusiasm for building and nurturing relationships.- Ability to thrive in a fast-Paced, startup/scale-Up environment, adapting to changing priorities and delivering results under pressure.- Proactive with an ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to : from R$398,624.00 per monthapplication question(s):- We must fill this position urgently.
