As service director, you will be a member of the local leadership team reporting to the general manager dia brazil and will lead a large technical services team that consists of field and office based employees across a variety of disciplines. By leading and developing a highly professional, engaged and customer focused team, you will ensure successful execution of vision and strategy, drive optimal business performance and fosters a motivated working environment. You will have the main challenges:develop and ensure implementation of local service vision and strategies aligned with local, regional and global strategies and priorities strategically lead, develop and inspire a senior operational leadership team to enhance performance by setting clear accountable performance measures aligned with company priorities and operational model develop appropriate service models for products across the business ensuring excellence across all service related activities including repair, maintenance, modification, installations, training, application support, escalations drive the concept of a superior customer experience by fostering cross functional working and collaboration between different areas of the organization (sales, marketing, customer experience, supply)ensure that customers needs are understood mobilizing all internal and external stakeholders to deliver an outstanding customer experience guarantee optimal productivity of service organizations. Develop, evaluate and implement strategies to identify efficiency opportunities and improve service delivery, demonstrating an approach of continuous improvement across all areas of the work inspire, motivate, coach and develop people and teams to boldly innovate, collaborate and create outcomes that matter for patients, customers and the company enable and drive transformation towards agility and digitalization, advocating for new ways of working and shaping a learning mindset actively participate and represent brazil service organization in emea latam service leaders community and in all relevant international service forums where brazil has a seat ensuring that brazilian customers service needs are considered in service strategic decisions lead/participate in local/regional initiatives to deliver on next generation services to develop this role, we expect from you:bachelors degree in engineering, medical technology, health sciences mba or other related graduate level degree preferred professional experience working in the healthcare / biotechnology industry, including solid experience leading people experienced people leader, who excels at bringing people together around a shared vision while also fully empowering & holding their team accountable demonstrates expertise in leading through the archetypes of vacc and role modeling of our one roche operating principles solid customer orientation showing ability to actively listen and understanding customer needs excellent networking, interpersonal and communication skills, team player, with outstanding organizational and matrix management skills high analytical skill and strategic vision to develop service offerings fluent in portuguese or spanish and english location: são paulo with availability to travel around the whole country visiting and contacting customers roche is strongly committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
