The reimbursements prog. Manager will be part of marketplace operations and expansion in latam. The job requires someone who has a larger picture of customer and seller experience in mind and a high willingness to take ownership. You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of seller experience in some of amazons fastest growing business. You will work with internal areas such as operations, transportation, sales, finance and seller support, and a variety of internal and external partners to ensure the establishment of long-Term sustainable mechanisms.
The right candidate will possess a strong bias for action to proactively pursue program objectives and analytical mindset for finding root cause and proposing solutions related to reimbursements process and seller pain points. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
Key job responsibilities
Deliver results through extensive coordination with internal teams to address programs requirements and sellers/customers experience improvements
Create, update and track improvement processes to support the reimbursements program
Deep dive on issues and come up with solutions and processes to fix them
Partner with key stakeholders like operations, transportation, seller support, and legal to solve issues and ramp up program
Strong commitment towards goals and outcomes to ensure customer experience metrics are maintained
Be organized, apt and prompt in communicating well with stakeholders.

Basic qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-Tech teams experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Bachelors degree
Knowledge of excel (pivot tables, vlookups) at an advanced level and sql
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Advanced english
Preferred qualifications
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
