This is a full-Time role in our sao paulo, brazil :-Learn and assist with identifying business continuous improvement opportunities and related actions in order to mitigate risks, improve compliance and enhance our process efficiencies.-Resourceful, solution-Oriented professional with experience in supporting the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes, with a focus on employee experience and compliance, in partnership with other functions and cross-Functional teams.-Ensure legal compliance by managing and implementing applicable human resource state requirements.-Ability to work effectively in a fast-Paced environment, across multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.-Assist with documentation, maintenance, communication, and training of people operations processes and programs.-Committed to building a good and harmonious employee relations environment. Qualifications -The ideal candidate will be analytically minded, meticulously organized, and will have sound knowledge of hris, workday, and T&A systems, and experience implementing hr processes and system enhancements.-Ability to work effectively in a fast-Paced environment, across multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.-Support employees and improve employee experience by providing an end-To-End hr solution in compliance to the brazil, argentina, and colombia market.- 3+ years of people operations/human resources related experience.-Highly proficient and excellent communication skills in english and spanish to support the brazil, argentina, and colombia market.-Bachelors degree or is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
