Html Position under direct supervision, performs multiple tasks, which include run recruiting events and processes end-To-End, manage interviews scheduling, ensure interviews feedbacks and reports are received and uploaded in recruiting systems, interact with candidates, assist reports and analysis/kpis and assist special activities and events of the area. What youll do Kick-Off, plan, validate and execute recruiting processes, pipeline maintenance, events, materials, presentations, schedules related to the process and relationship with target audience Organization end-To-End of special events, such as strategy cup materials, marketing calendar, track of applications, internal committee, internal touch bases, partnership study / suggestion / validation / approach, follow-On of the implementation plan, bridge with marketing team for divulgation, partnership with strategic channels for marketing the event Support hosting events from other offices in brazil Set up and manage interview schedules with candidates and interviewers Create and distribute candidate & interviewer packets Ensure all interview results are completed and uploaded into the database Ensure feedbacks are delivered Create decision round reports, schedule and gather feedback Generate and send rejection to candidates Prepare interview days, flights and schedules of interviewers and candidates Responsible for book rooms, buffets and hotels for the recruiting events and assistance to others when needed Confection, validation and delivery of offer letters Update and maintain candidate records throughout the recruiting process Support coordination of the selling process, tracking contacts and acting upon offeree needs Handover of new hires to payroll, it and staffing teams Track and record competitive offer information Run queries and standard local and regional reports Support the analysis of calibration for interviewers Support local and regional reports on hiring targets and diversity intake Support citizenship track for career development purposes Individual follow-Up and feedback on referral Assist induction deck update Track budget usage Prepare materials for marketing events (nametags, giveaways and other marketing materials) Manage and track rsvps attend events as needed (marketing events and interview days) Represent bcg to students at recruiting events Respond to candidate inquiries via phone and e-Mail Initiate and process candidate reimbursements Produce correspondence, slide presentations, reports, and other documents as needed Other special projects as necessary You bring (experience & qualifications) Bachelors degree in adm or hr related areas Computer and database skills (office experience strongly preferred) Fluent in english Display a high degree of maturity and professionalism at all times Team player with the ability to adapt in a changing environment Detailed oriented, highly organized, and able to work well under pressure of deadlines Strong oral and written communication skills, both portuguese and english Must be able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and demonstrated ability to be flexible, responsive and willing to take initiative Perform effectively under pressure and handle difficult situations with poise, judgment, and tact Handle competing priorities while keeping constant sight of overall objectives Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, convey a positive personal and professional image consistent with the firms culture and values Ability to work overtime during peak recruiting periods, flexible hours that may require travel Demonstrate ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, approaching every interaction with empathy and understanding Youll work with bcgs hr team works to attract, develop, excite, deploy, and retain the best people in the market.
