We are looking for a credit manager to join our team in an innovative startup. In this role, you will be the guardian of risk assessment and credit management for our client portfolio, playing a pivotal role in our ongoing growth and success. If you are a leader with prior experience as a credit manager, possess advanced knowledge of wba and crdc systems, and are enthusiastic about contributing to a dynamic and entrepreneurial team, this is the opportunity youve been waiting for.
Hiring type: freelance (pj) and onsite work (with the possibility of remote work as needed).

Responsibilities:
Lead the credit analysis team, encouraging an innovative and agile approach to risk assessment.
Conduct detailed analyses of bidding contracts, tenders, commitments, and other contract types, adapting to the needs of a startup environment.
Identify opportunities to optimize the credit analysis process, seeking efficient and scalable solutions.
Stay up-To-Date on fintech and startup market trends and regulations related to risk analysis and credit granting.
Record clients and operations in the wba and crdc systems to monitor and report business performance.
Collaborate closely with development and technology teams to develop and implement credit process automation solutions, aiming to enhance efficiency and reduce response times to clients.
Manage the startups credit granting strategy, including setting credit limits, risk policies, and review procedures.
Prepare regular reports for senior management, communicating risk trends, credit portfolio performance, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a credit manager.
Intermediate level of english (minimum).
Advanced knowledge of wba and crdc systems.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
Experience in risk mitigation strategies and credit modeling.
Strong negotiation and networking skills to establish strategic partnerships.
Advantages:
Advanced or fluent english.
Certifications related to securitization or credit analysis.
Previous experience in financial institutions or securitization firms.
Prior experience with startups or financial technology companies.
