We are looking for proactive and versatile business analysts to our team in são paulo, brazil keen to build a career in the modern banking domain - Api banking or call lifestyle banking. Gaining experience in open banking / open finance will put you on a strong professional career path. Roles & responsibilities liaising with product owners, external customers, and compliance teams to identify requirements and coordinate its delivery as per agreed timeline meet with clients to define their business requirements work alongside clients integration team and coordinate delivery of agreed changes define user stories and acceptance criteria support the team during sprint planning and execution ensure clear and straightforward communication between business and technical team deliver results within an agile environment essential skills and experience: good team player 2 to 5 years of experience as a business analyst knowledge of: business analysis and best practices apis agile methodology full working proficiency in english proactive and good communication skills previous experience in fintech or banking domain (preferred) experience with regulatory-Driven it projects and implementations (preferred) benefits we offer a great career progression opportunity for the right candidate, as banfico is ushering through a growth phase competitive salary.
