This position is remote and reports to the director of pricingstrategy. The position can be located in any country in are seeking an experienced analyst to join the pricing team. You will be a keyplayer in driving pricing maturity ever higher with data driven insights andpredictive analytics. This is a unique opportunity with focus on cross-Functionalleadership in developing and implementing tools, processes, and data sets to moreeffectively price our can expect to engage in key new development projects that have a large impactacross the organization. You will learn and expand the functionality of tools toprovide business process re-Engineering, pricing analysis, continuous processimprovement, change management, data design, and analytics visualization. Keyresponsibilities collaborate closely with product management, sales, finance, andmarketing engage in extensive business process as is, collaborating on to be and developing user stories for use inan agile development and document cross-Functional pricing process, list price management, andnew product pricing with the goal of enhancing value-Based pricing acumen andcapabilities across the organization. Invest in deep understanding of input costs/ margin assessment to develop and implement practical tools short / mid / andlong term as a part of the tool set evolution. Price setting in global,multi-Channel business working across sales teams and channel partners model,measure, analyze, and forecast business impact for product / price positioning andprice with the larger team on the development and implementation of nextgeneration tools and processes. Drive insight and action as an excellent dataanalyst / consultant. Able to perform ad hoc analysis and design workflows tosupport pricing decisions using advanced data visualization development and refinement of pricing models providing insight to thebusiness and competitive pricing in the markets we serve. Participate in advancedprice segmentation work to optimize decisions enabling organizations cpq(configure, price, quote) tools. Monitor pricing outcomes to actual results andintegrate learning into pricing skills, requirements and competencies:bachelors degree from accredited university 3+ years of experience in marketing,data, reporting, and analysis in a pricing, marketing, business intelligence, orfinance role. Proficient with bi analysis tools (such as tableau, oracle bi,spotfire, qlikview, etc.). Demonstrate understanding of coordinating or developingdata into usable structures for as etl processes, merging data sets, queries, etc. Desire to solve problemsand think analytically, holistically and critically. Detail-Oriented with strongorganizational, project, and time management in microsoft office / google workspace tools including advancedknowledge of microsoft excel. Ability to readily assess trade-Offs, operationalefficiencies and long term solutions. Ability to work in a team environment, leadby influence, and be driven to meet customer needs while driving verbal and written communication. Preferred qualifications experience in pricing:deciding, executing, coordinating, etc. Demonstrated project thinker that understands how to build and model customer segmentation,trade-Off offerings, and bundling pricing structures highly skilled in tableau orother bi at building effective dashboards, workflows, and sustainable datastructures. Experience with agile methodology.
