The role coe analytics support consultants are engineers who can perform highly specialized remote and onsite services for la overseas customers. Goal is to enable customers to implement and operate their sap solutions at their maximum potential with optimal tco and to manage their technical risks during solution implementation and operation. Provide first class remote and on-Site support to our premium customers like solving technical problems technical optimization of solution operation improvement of system availability and stability onsite support in critical customer situations customer project evaluation and risk mitigation of implementation projects backoffice support for onsite service delivery availability to travel time around 30% of the time increasing overall customer satisfaction act on escalated customers to bring their businesses to normal operations willingness to expand technical skills to big data, data intelligence & analytics architecture reduce customers tco by sap premium services delivery. Education and qualifications / skills and competencies advanced english bachelor in computer science or comparable fields is required knowledge and experience working with sap bw, bpc (planning & consolidation) and sac planning experience with at least 1 full cycle of sap sap business planning and consolidation implementation? Knowledge of sap papm, datasphere and data modeling is a plus understanding of business concepts as financial planning (P&L planning, cash flow planning, headcount planning, etc) or financial consolidation (entity close, corporate close, financial disclosure, etc) knowledge of multidimensional planning solutions as bpc or sap analytics cloud for planning knowledge on bpc embedded modeling and/or bw-Ip would be a plus willingness to expand functional knowledge regarding planning processes knowledge of reporting solutions on top of data warehousing like sap analytics cloud or business objects or analysis for office would be a plus troubleshooting experience of technical issues to diagnose issues and differentiate between product and non-Product issues work under pressure, critical situations, and extremely tight deadlines very high customer orientation nice to have advanced spanish mba in advanced analytics topic or similar experience with artificial intelligence.
