The product delivery team is currently looking for a skilled individual to grow with the organization, managing stakeholders across verticals and setting up the right priorities for delivering on both short- And long-Term initiatives. Reporting directly to the product delivery lead, this person will provide leadership to manage the day-To-Day roadmap management & delivery and support the implementation/post-Implementation phases of the product deliveries. What we need: from a delivery perspective, this role will work closely with technical resources to manage the product deliveries. This will include interacting within the product team and other team stakeholders also like quality, devops, deployments, customer success and pre-Sales to ensure the timely product deliveries. Regarding the technical aspect of this position, this is a critical role that will leverage the technical skills to implement the functionalities, proof of concepts, track user/data analytics to attain the goals of product delivery. The goals, opportunities and insights discovered will be organized with the product team. This exciting and unique opportunity brings together technical expertise, delivery management, data analytics, customer feedback and business operations to drive action and influence product roadmap. It provides an experience that is not often found in other positions and provides exposure to multiple different areas of the company and its leadership. Position overview: translate product roadmap into items for delivery: scope and prioritize backlog items based on user need, project milestones, business impact and available resources. Development and implementation of new/existing feature enhancements implement the proof of concept (poc) and any technical demos for the pre-Sales team. Responsible for roll out of the features to the customers and support the implementation/post-Implementation phases. Measuring and monitoring the product performance using analytics and digital key performance indicator (kpi) reports for the business and help drive user engagement and adoption. Define acceptance criteria and liaise with qa team to ensure they meet the business requirements. Writing release notes, user guides for new products or those without up-To-Date guides, or amend user guides when applicable. Maintain the base template system and ensure it represents the super-Set of all the functionalities training and supporting internal teams in the use of release process, analytics and third-Party software enjoy being hands on, defining use cases for products, or handling day-To-Day troubleshooting. Engaging to understand the root causes behind questions and pain points, taking action to resolve issues in a timely manner. Requirements: bachelors degree in information technology, management, or related discipline experience 5+ years of software-Related experience from a previous role in it, product support, delivery or product management. Specifically, the candidate should have proven experience in delivering through agile methodologies in a fast-Paced environment. Understanding of saas product management process with hands-On experience of code development working experience of java, json, groovy & sql the ability to take customer needs and translate them to solution requirements that can be used by product teams for development is required. Proven ability to execute an end-To-End solution lifecycle. An excellent communicator and builds strong cross-Functional relationships, internally and externally. Work with the development team on user interface (ui) design/validation, sprint reviews, and user acceptance testing (uat) has a good knowledge of jira and confluence preferred qualifications: good level of understanding of the procurement and sourcing process, tools, and its ecosystem of solution providers and its implementation within a companys work process and systems knowledge of jira, confluence & github is preferred. Knowledge in eclipse is a plus. The candidate must be a self-Starter and product champion. Quick learner that has a high degree of intellectual curiosity with an affinity and aptitude for problem-Solving experience in managing large, complex programs/projects that have a significant impact. Ability to think creatively and to work well both as part of a team and as an individual contributor. Equally capable and comfortable with both directing the focus of a project and performing the detailed work needed to accomplish goals.
