Ability to multi-Task, organize, and prioritize work drive top-Of-The-Funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities apply lubys outbound strategies and key activities accordingly provide feedback, insights, and improvements to lubys outbound strategies and activities register outbound/inbound prospect information in lubys crm system and spreadsheets and continuously update it based on the communication with them conduct the communication process with the prospected list within the stipulated cadence, using different platforms such as email, sms, apps, and social media interactions follow-Up and nurture cold leads until it becomes warm/ready to buy know how to use proficiently the sales tech stack/tools create, qualify, and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined industry, for the north american territory document and refine outbound copywriting best practices for cold mailing and scripts for cold calling conduct the communication process with the prospected list within the stipulated cadence, using phone and virtual calls participate in periodical collaboration sessions with other departments, to enhance lubys overall presence in events work closely with the outbound sales team to refine current lead generation best practices build partially the sales report to handover the project to the tech area take part of the calls, supporting the account be able to support, guide and lead mid and junior bdr document and update lead generation best practices in the form of guides help to build new strategies for lead generation able to refine scripts targeting the us business culture support other key activities from the department when necessary, in areas such as inbound, sales conversion, upselling, and sales operations able to elaborate proposals able to review nda and msa and suggest adjustments.
