The Payments Product team you will be part of is responsible for ensuring that the core of SumUp operation runs smoothly and to create and launch the best solution to allow the small business owners to fulfill all their needs. As a Senior Product Manager, you will:Conduct market research, user interviews, and testing to deeply understand the needs of customers and local and address gaps in the product offering based on market needs, and technical and geographical and execute a product strategy and roadmap that optimizes product-Market fit in the Brazilian market, aligning with SumUps vision and closely with other squads and tribes located in Brazil and Europe to ensure prioritization and delivery of productsLead part of the Payments Product team (3 direct reports) in Brazil, reporting directly to the Head of ProductYoull be great for this role if youHave 2+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of shipping impactful, well-Loved web and/or mobile productsHave experience leading a teamHave advanced English skillsAre a strong communicator, influencer, and cross-Functional partnerExperience in payments industry will be a plusAt SumUp, we are driven to empower small businesses across the globe by de-Hassling their lives and helping them to succeed.
