Engagement support manager permanent / full time offered on a 12-Month contract basis initially, with the possibility of extension/move to permanent contract. Location: the successful candidate may be based in a country where one of the independent national/regional greenpeace organisations (nros) is located. See the locations here . (please note that we are currently unable to host new staff in a number of nros at this present time, due to various restrictions. Do you have experience in message testing, supporter journey and digital channels? If yes, come join us as engagement support manager in greenpeace internationals engagement support team! You will support global campaigns and national/ regional offices (nros) in developing ambitious engagement strategies, connecting to diverse audiences with creative engagement journeys, informed by internal and external best practices. A key aspect of your role will be to provide engagement expertise to the nros and global campaign projects. In this role you will: contribute to the development and realisation of campaign design processes and strategies that enable an audience-Centric approach to campaigning. Contribute to the ongoing development, review and refinement of the engagement strategies help to establish ambitious global strategies and targets for extending and diversifying our reach and deepening our relationship with supporters. Influence priority nros to deliver the change required to implement national strategies. Support nros in the development of ambitious engagement plans and assist with implementation, that empowers the leadership of supporters and allies and develops ambitious open campaigning strategies, providing global best practices, tools and techniques. Support nros and campaigns to develop engaging supporter journeys that build loyalty and provide a rewarding experience that enables people to create real world impact together with greenpeace. Work with specialists in data, insights, technology and systems to help nros and campaigns embrace digital transformation. Provide expert assistance to develop and co-Create toward global output and promote exchange and collaboration. Support the understanding and development of audience-Centric approach concepts and data-Based decision-Making to inform growth strategies and campaign plans. Build strong working relationships within and outside the greenpeace network. Provide tailored capacity-Building support, in the form of training, tools, and best practices on engagement, but also coaching and mentoring staff in key roles and various communities of practice. What were looking for: significant experience of digital engagement significant experience working on public outreach, engagement, communications and/or campaign strategy especially via digital channels A track record developing and delivering ambitious engagement/communication strategies, with a deep understanding of audience and journey as well as one or more of the following areas: channels, storytelling, fundraising, content, volunteering, and/or movement building experience in message testing and audience insights informing marketing understanding of a range of campaigning techniques/processes experience working with multicultural senior staff and teams across borders. Strong analytical skills, a good understanding of organisational development and business planning, and experience in kpi tracking/analysis. Strong project management and experience in bringing about significant positive changes in work culture, practices and performance. Strong negotiation, influencing, training/coaching/empowerment, facilitation and presentation skills. Fluent in written and spoken english. Willingness to travel frequently.
