Position mission: the mission of this position is to lead the accounts receivable and accounts payable areas, contributing to the improvement of the economic-Financial performance of operational units. Main activities: act as guardian of the credit policy, seeking to ensure the maximization of working capital and mitigate the risk of default. Manage the team and the activities of accounts receivable and collection in accordance with credit control procedures. Interact with the sales team and customers (internal/external), taking on the role of a business partner and seeking to promote new financial solutions. Disseminate regular reports to the controller and blms, demonstrating exposure to customers and their respective accounts receivable. Monitor the flow of invoice entries and the volume of accounts payable, making every effort to ensure timely payments. Create monitoring indicators of critical processes to identify potential for automation. Develop cash flow projections together with the treasury team. Support the analysis and opinion on the viability of new investments and return rates. Support the financial incorporation of newly acquired companies. Participate actively in projects aimed at continuous improvement of backoffice areas. Requirements: minimum of 2 years in a leadership position in financial or related areas. Completed undergraduate degree in business administration, economics, accounting or related fields. Desirable experience with mapping critical processes. Solid knowledge of financial planning. Strong skills in msoffice. Solid knowledge of erps. Advanced english required.
