This will allow us to liberate non-Value add costs from the business, improve resilience, agility, and speed to market, whilst also delivering against our sustainability the new global procurement assistant beauty & wellbeing, you are the voice of procurement to the partnering functions, ensuring procurement representation in the strategic business group agenda and the voice of the business group (bg) within procurement, translating business needs into procurement strategy. You are in the great position of being able to see both sides, so you can see and drive for extra value that can be you can expect from the role?Youre a strategist: you have a clear understanding of the business groups strategy, vision and needs. You connect the dots and will translate the business and technical roadmap into key material and supplier partnership are the growth engine: you can see the big picture within the end-To-End value chain and aid value creation for the bg. Where programs and activities overlap you work as part of x-Functional team to drive are a teacher: you work collaboratively with your peers, by sharing and taking best practice for the benefit of the bg and overall procurement community. You ensure clarity and alignment on ways of working with x-Functional are the storyteller: you use your strategic influencing skills to drive procurement considerations and recommendations within the this role you will:lead the co-Creation of the partnership strategy to enable the bgs vision and financial growth ambition via our supplier platform ensuring the appropriate partner segmentation and governance, and alignment with R&D and sc teams always keeping focus on superiority, desirability and future the bgs sustainability programme and lead the procurement agenda by developing an engagement framework and ensuring technology identification, supplier scouting, cost modelling, supplier development, pricing and business critical data is available to support the business case, gate document creation and decision making and project reediness for the governance withing the procurement teams and procurement-Involved forums ensuring sustainability projects and initiatives with suppliers and internal teams are implementation of short/mid/long-Term sustainability actions covering key bg materials, suppliers and known reporting (kpis, status & progress, sign-Off and escalation framework, stakeholder engagement, etc.).Organization of supplier partnership deliverables:consumer and value-Driven supplier partnership strategy for the business groupsupplier sustainability roadmap: framework, governance, actions and and sustainability roadmaps aligned and incorporated into our B&W short/mid/long term innovation this sound like you?Skills:stakeholder managementexcellent communication skills: sharp, concise and effective communication presentation: context framing, problem formulation and solution proposition strategic influence and analytical and data-Driven decision-Making in spoken and written englishoperational computer skills (ms office, powerbi/rtva and data bases)sap (advantage).Strong networking, relationship management and interpersonal skillsautonomy: confidence to work and lead projects without constant supervisionability to work in virtual required:university degree as a minimumexperience in in project management and/or project of procurement resilience/quality processes and programmes is an advantagewhy unilever?Unilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do creating a better business and a better world.
