Reporting to our regional od director as an active member of the human resources team, coordinating and providing timely and efficient learning support to the hr function and the business regarding execution and administration of learning programmes and processes according to business needs, corporate guidelines and local administration supportcoordinate od (organizational development) agenda for latin america, including global L&D programmes implementation (one givaudan leadership senses etc) and the development of specific programmes and initiatives for latam such as educational partnerships and training and collaborate with field hr teams in all latam countries to co-Create, plan and implement od initiatives in the the scheduling of local learning events.
