This role will be based in brazil and will primarily focus on running benchmarking activities for personal care raw and packaging materials, both internally and externally. The primary objective of this role is to identify cost-Saving opportunities through effective market analysis and supplier evaluation. The successful candidate will possess excellent business acumen, solid analytical skills, and a strong understanding of the personal care industry. This position requires exceptional leadership qualities, a commitment to delivering exceptional service, and a passion for achieving high performance. Effective communication and relationship-Building skills, both internally and externally, are crucial, as well as the ability to convey information through compelling you can expect from the role?Conduct benchmarking activities for personal care latam raw and packaging materials, internally and dive on materials strategy with all portfolios to understand value chain, main suppliers, cost structure, opportunities and ensure that the knowledge is used and landed on regional market trends and identify cost-Saving opportunities within the procurement and maintain strong relationships with procurement portfolio buyers, challenging for favorable negotiation based on benchmarking opportunities with cross-Functional teams to align procurement strategies with business supplier cost performance and implement corrective actions as bu financial data and business results and needs and provide insights and opportunities on how to cover gaps, and risks & ops, to support compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical updated on industry developments, new technologies, and emerging trends in the personal care industry and related raw and package materials value improve procurement processes and drive operational efficiencydoes this sound like you?University degree in engineering, business administration, finance, or a related proven experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably within the personal care working knowledge of excel and powerpoint are essential.
