Our factory in são jose dos campos was the first ericsson factory opened globally and the first in south america, where production of 5g technology takes place.A modern manufacturing is highly dependent on reliable it solutions and this is where the it department comes to are now looking for an it manager for our factory in são jose dos campos. In this role, you will create and ensure stakeholder value and satisfaction through an efficient ict as an it manager will support, directly or indirectly the execution of overall ict processes, models and will be a key digital transformation partner for supply and other units placed in our factory. You and your team must be creative and problem-Solving enabling it solutions for the smart manufacturing concept. You will be working closely with the local smart manufacturing team, global it and local operational units (logistics, sourcing, service area network, planning, production, technology engineering etc.).You will:- Be responsible for stakeholder management and business demand management- Manage production it operations and local support (24/7)- Lead it processes execution based on best practiceslead change- Lead enterprise it infrastructure operations- Maintain it value contribution- Ensure it portfolio adherence- Govern the architecture of the local it landscape- Be responsible for it budget and financial management- Build a strong team that is recognized as a trusted it partner- Manage and steer the security of the local it solutions, assuring the e2e compliance from an it security and isms perspectiveTo be successful in the role you must have:- An msc, mba or equivalent through experience- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in it- Know-How on factory operations and processes- Understand the modern industry 4.0 concept and digitalization opportunities- Technical knowledge being able to combine it infrastructure, hardware and software worlds.- Deep understanding of it fundamentals, ability to speak business and technical languages- Fluent in english- Fluent in spanish (desirable)Additional requirements:- An entrepreneur-Like mindset, constantly innovating and driving positive change but more importantly, you consistently deliver outstanding results- Experience driving teams in an agile environment and a desire to make work fun and enjoyable- can do attitude and a collaborative mindset you dont win unless the team wins - Knowledge sharing & collaboration skills- Change management skills & analytical thinking- Strong communication and presentation skills- The position will be based in são jose dos campos (brazil)Whats in it for you?Here at ericsson, our culture is built on over a century of courageous decisions.
