Your skills and experience you have: fluent in spanish and english (mandatory requirement) the position is open mainly in colombia, relocation is not provided by nokia. at least 8 years experience on mobile networks and functionality of epc core network and policy technologies: ggsn, sgsn, s-Gw, p-Gw, mme, amf, upf, nrd, npc/pcrf (from nokia and/or other vendors) - Expert level knowledge. experience on develop hld, lld, ip planning and related documentation to deliver an 3g, 4g and 5g epc networks and policy design.
