Knowledge in implementing the budget control solution in sap (fm / funds management module - Opex). Experience building management reports using sap analytics cloud bi solution. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions identify interpret validate and document customer requirements. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. Identify gaps issues and work around solutions. Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate analyze and solve software problems. Functional scope business planning: act as a focal point in the process of building methodologies for apportionment and distribution of expenses/costs within the region, working with the areas of operations, commercial and finance in several countries. Structuring and maintenance of cost apportionment cycles, activity control, statistical indices, allocations, transfers/reallocations of expenses/costs. Expertise in building budget planning cycles (budget), availability control, integration, and maintenance of information in sap s/4hana. Controlling knowledge and costing process of products and services. Monthly closing: expertise in coordinating management closing cycles, ensuring the appropriation and distribution of all costs/expenses according to the established business hierarchy. Knowledge of closing process related to sap material ledger functionality. Analysis project system results analysis unsettled costs month end close overhead assessment and settlement. Will act as a focal point for fi/co master data in the region, ensuring the governance of company information in latam. Perfil desejável professional background: graduated in business, economy, accounting, engineering, or it (information technology). Expertise in management accounting, controlling and fp&a. Fluent/advanced spanish (frequent contact with latam countries). Advanced english. Advanced skill in microsoft office, specialty excel (pivot table, graphs, formulas). Behavior profile: hands-On, focus on results and proactive. Analytical and logical reasoning. Communication and facility to interact with different hierarchical levels and cultures.
