We increase sales, reduce order issues, and decrease delivery headaches. What youll do collect business insights through qualitative research with costumers and quantitative data analysis. Flag and raise product pain points which need to be addressed with new features and products. Partner with pm or prds by providing operations inputs as the team works towards product solutions. Collaborate with the product team on designing, testing & rolling out plans. Communicate the rollout plans to stakeholders. Co-Own the feature launch emails, as well as reporting on the features impact & success. Build rapport with software engineers and work directly with them. Provide operations and business stakeholders transparency into the product roadmap and execution timelines. What were looking for 4+ years of domain experience. Fluency in english, since youll be constantly communicating with international teams. Local expertise on the market and the main food delivery platforms. Someone who is passionate and loves to communicate and share with others. You will be the liaison between regional operations and product! Problem solver - Much of this job will be preventing escalations, but also handling them as they come up with high visibility and lots of communication with leadership. Previous experience working with product and engineering teams.
