The implementation analyst is responsible for overseeing the custom design, configuration, and delivery of hicx software to our customers. You will be a part of a team responsible for implementing a supplier information management solution in a fast-Paced, results-Oriented environment for global customers. The implementation analyst will assist customers with the implementation and use of our software products, acting as a subject matter expert on business processes, configuration, and technical capabilities. You are passionate about technology, eager to work with technical engineers, and to get your hands dirty with sql queries and scripts. Key responsibilities include: design, build, test, and deploy integration solutions for customers work directly with key business and it stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and ultimately drive requirements sign-Off provide guidance to clients or service partners on integration and data migration strategies help manage the integration deliverables associated with implementation projects lead the data migration plan, analysis, design, and build effort work with the technical architects and application designers to understand the data conversion requirements and to design the conversion procedures and application develop best practice, processes, and standards for effectively carrying out data migration activities prepare data migration plans including migration risk, milestones, quality and business sign-Off details facilitate troubleshooting and communication with other internal team members requirements required: preferred to have 2 years minimum of relevant experience in a technical role using sql previous experience in data mapping taking part in data migration and system integration projects prior experience in migrating data from on premise solutions to cloud platform good understanding of source to target mapping between saas applications and erp systems (e.G. Sap, oracle) knowledge: in-Depth understanding of apis practical knowledge of xml, json desirable knowledge in java or/and groovy or similar good understanding of modern multi-Tier application architectures familiarity with the data model of erp systems (sap, oracle, etc.) experience with analysis of large data sets attitude: strong communicator ability to talk with technical and non-Technical stakeholders and team members ability to facilitate customer facing workshops and meetings excellent organizational, time management, and follow-Up skills analytical mindset, focused on problem-Solving interest in applying analytical skills to solve real business problems proactivity strong analytical skills a clear focus on results and quality ability to learn quickly ability to work independently or under a little supervision multitask and manage workflow in a fast paced environment a passion for continuous learning, teaching and collaborating benefits work from anywhere in brazil - We are a fully remote company.
