In partnership with internal clients, the learning solutions manager designs and implements the regional learning and development plan that aligns to business needs and executes the global learning solutions strategy relevant to the needs of the role supports all iff businesses and functional groups across the region designing, developing, curating, and delivering learning solutions to address priority capability needs supports the development and facilitation of iff global leadership development programs and collaborates on the deployment of global learning initiatives and projects in the region. This role provides individual and group-Oriented learning and development solutions to help improve organizational capability and person reports to the global learning solutions director and must work collaboratively with the global learning solution team, talent management & leadership development team, regional and local people services, and business leaders in the of responsibilities:- Execute and deploy global learning solutions strategic initiatives in the region- Partner with people services and business leaders to understand the regional business strategy- Conduct learning needs consultation with senior business leaders in the region and develop the regional learning solutions plan that aligns with the business strategy and workforce plan- Design, develop and deliver priority learning and development solutions and projects in the region to improve organizational performance may involve recommending, curating and deploying existing solutions, developing custom solutions, or vetting and co-Designing solutions with external vendors- Consult on learning needs, diagnose root causes and advise managers and hr business partners on the best-Fit learning solutions to address individual/leader/team competency and skills development needs- Actively support the design, development, and delivery of global leadership and management development programs this includes facilitation of live training sessions in the region, and providing coaching, feedback and guidance to learners in their learning journey- Advise hr business partners and managers on the optimal use of assessments and recommend fit-For-Purpose assessment conduct assessments debrief and coaching to help talents/leaders build an effective development plan- Oversee and keep track of ongoing executive coaching and mentoring programs in the region source and recommend external executive coaches best fit for leaders coaching needs- Promote the talent campaigns in the region deliver talent management training for hrbps, managers and employees in the region as needed co-Facilitate regional talent council meetings recommend and execute learning solutions for critical talent development needs discussed in the integrated talent review meetings- Provide learning advisory and support in the development of performance management training for hr and managers and employees expand awareness of performance management campaigns in the region and help promote timely completion- Participate in organizational projects such as culture transformation work, competency model development, career ladder/framework development, etc. As neededJob criteria/qualifications:- Bachelors degree in hr, business or any other relevant discipline masters or advanced qualifications in organizational psychology or human capital management will be strongly preferred- A minimum of 5 years experience in learning and development, leadership development or talent development- Experience in strategic consulting, learning needs analysis, learning solutions design, development and delivery, leadership development, behavioral assessments, team development and other development interventions- Professional qualification or certification in instructional design, training facilitation, assessment tools interpretation or leadership/executive coaching are preferred- Exposure in talent management and organization development will be an advantage- Able to think strategically as well as manage the hands-On execution of projects and programs- Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects, processes and deliverables- Able to build positive working relationships and coordinate effectively among a wide range of stakeholders, customers, collaborators and cultures team player and highly-Collaborative- Possess creative thinking and critical thinking skills able to develop and execute solutions to business challenges- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills- Language: english, spanish or portuguesePlease submit your cv in english!Come join us and embark on a fascinating journey with iff.
